Fit, fabric and construction vary between LUNVEROT designs. Before ordering, review the information on the individual product page and compare any published measurements with your own.

Structured bodices, fitted waistlines, tailored jackets and close-fitting skirts may fit differently from softer A-line or fuller silhouettes, even when they carry the same labelled size.

How to measure yourself

For the most accurate result, use a flexible measuring tape over lightweight clothing or underwear. Keep the tape level and comfortably close to the body without pulling it tight.

Bust	Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
Waist	Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist without holding your breath.
Hips	Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Shoulder width	Measure across your back from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other.
Sleeve length	Measure from the shoulder point to the wrist with your arm slightly bent.
Garment length	Measure from the relevant shoulder or waist point to where you want the garment to finish.

Choosing your size

If a product page provides garment measurements, compare them with a similar garment you already own and that fits you well. Lay that garment flat and measure it using the same points shown in the product information.

Body measurements and garment measurements are not the same. Garments normally include some additional room for comfort and movement, but the amount varies according to the intended fit and construction.

If your measurements fall between two sizes, consider the area where the garment is most fitted:

• For a fitted or corset-inspired dress, prioritise the bust and waist measurements.
• For a fitted skirt, prioritise the waist and hip measurements.
• For a tailored jacket or blazer, prioritise the bust, shoulders and upper arms.
• For an A-line or full-skirted dress, the bust and waist are normally more important than the hip measurement.

These are general guidelines only. The product description and measurements for the individual design should take priority.

Fit by product type

Midi and maxi dresses

Our dress collection includes fitted bodices, corset-inspired structures, defined waistlines, A-line skirts, column silhouettes, halter necklines and strapless designs.

Check the bust and waist carefully for structured styles. For maxi dresses, also review the stated garment length and consider the height of the shoes you plan to wear.

Skirts

Our skirts include high-rise waistbands, fitted hip sections, A-line shapes, asymmetric hems and high-low silhouettes.

Check both the waist and hip measurements where available. For asymmetric designs, the published length may refer to the shortest point, longest point or both, so review the individual product description.

Jackets and blazers

Our tailored pieces may feature structured shoulders, sculpted waists, peplum hems, long sleeves and decorative cuffs.

Consider what you plan to wear underneath the jacket. If you intend to layer it over another garment, allow enough room through the bust, shoulders and upper arms.

Design details

Some LUNVEROT garments feature delicate or dimensional details, including:

• Tulle and mesh
• Lace and ruffled trims
• Embroidery
• Floral appliqués
• Pleated or layered panels
• Crystal-inspired embellishments
• Decorative buttons, chains and metallic details
• Buckles, ties and detachable elements

Small variations in the placement or appearance of embroidery, prints, appliqués, pleating and other decorative elements may occur. This is particularly noticeable on patterned or heavily detailed garments.

Colour and appearance

We aim to represent product colours accurately, but the appearance of a colour may vary according to photography, lighting and screen settings.

Reflective, sheer or textured materials may also look different as the light changes. This can include tulle, embroidery, embellishments, metallic details, denim and suede-look finishes.

If an exact colour match is important, contact us before ordering. Screen images cannot guarantee an exact match.

General care

Always follow the care label attached to the individual garment. The care label takes priority over the general guidance on this page because fabric composition and construction vary between products.

Step	General guidance
Before cleaning	Check the garment’s care label and inspect it for loose threads, open fastenings or delicate detachable details.
Washing	Do not machine wash unless the care label expressly permits it. Close zippers and fastenings and remove detachable accessories where instructed.
Professional cleaning	Structured tailoring and garments with tulle, embroidery, lace, appliqués or embellishments may require professional cleaning.
Drying	Do not tumble dry unless the care label permits it. Keep garments away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.
Ironing	Use only the temperature permitted by the care label. Avoid direct heat on tulle, lace, prints, appliqués, embellishments and metallic details.
Steaming	If steaming is permitted, use a suitable low setting and keep the steamer head away from delicate decorations.
Storage	Store the garment clean and dry, with enough space to prevent crushing, snagging or distortion.

Caring for delicate details

Tulle, mesh and lace

Keep these materials away from jewellery, rough surfaces, hook-and-loop fasteners and sharp objects. Do not pull a snagged thread or trim it without professional advice.

Embroidery, appliqués and embellishments

Avoid rubbing, twisting or applying direct pressure to decorative areas. Do not iron directly over embroidery, crystals, beads, sequins, appliqués or metallic elements.

Structured garments

Jackets, blazers and structured bodices should be stored in a way that supports their shape. Avoid folding or compressing structured shoulders, boning, padded areas and sculpted details for extended periods.

Denim and darker colours

Darker fabrics may transfer colour through friction, particularly when new or damp. Keep them away from pale clothing, bags, upholstery and other light-coloured surfaces until you are confident that the colour is stable.

Suede-look finishes

Keep suede-look surfaces dry and avoid rubbing them against rough materials. Follow the care label and test any specialist cleaning product on a concealed area first.

Stains

Treat stains as soon as reasonably possible, but do not rub the affected area or apply bleach, strong chemicals or household cleaning products without checking the care label.

Blot liquid gently with a clean, colourfast cloth. For delicate, structured or embellished garments, consult a professional cleaner and explain the type of stain and the garment’s materials.

Do not apply heat to a stained area, as heat may set the stain or damage delicate fabric and decorations.

Trying on your order

Please take reasonable care when trying on an item you may wish to return:

• Keep all tags and labels attached.
• Avoid makeup, perfume, deodorant, body lotion and tanning products.
• Remove jewellery that could catch on delicate fabrics.
• Try the garment on indoors and away from food, drinks, smoke and pets.
• Do not alter, wash or wear the item beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess its fit.
